The Neo 430 Roma, the latest vessel built at the Neo Yachts & Composites shipyard and designed by Giovanni Ceccarelli, is a high-performance cruiser with a compact displacement, constructed of carbon fiber, and designed for sport cruising and regattas, including offshore racing. With the “Roma,” the shipyard sought to highlight the concepts of “Made in Italy” and high-quality Gran Turismo. ENAVE conducted the inspections required for CE marking (Module B) by performing an on-board survey, a stability test, and a sea trial, certifying compliance with the essential requirements set forth in Directive 2013/53/EU.
