ENAVE at the 64th Genoa International Boat Show

A Gathering of Collaborations, Team Building, and Sustainable Boating

Once again this year, ENAVE – Ente Navale Europeo participated in the Genoa Boat Show 2024, one of the most anticipated events in the sector. This occasion serves not only as a showcase to reaffirm our presence in both the Italian and international markets, but also as an opportunity to strengthen existing ties, forge new partnerships, and align ourselves with the evolving needs of the industry.

A Growing and Stronger Team

As usual, ENAVE attended the event with its entire team and network of operational technicians from various regions. On 20th September, during the boat show, the annual ENAVE training meeting took place. This is an important moment for the team to receive updates on the goals achieved and those yet to be accomplished.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss completed projects, plan future ones, and reflect on the new challenges the market presents. The collaborative atmosphere and shared vision of ENAVE were at the heart of the day, which saw a strategic alignment between technicians and management. These internal meetings are a key moment for integrating new team members and strengthening bonds with long-time collaborators, creating a true “ENAVE family” that continues to grow every day.

The lunch provided a moment of relaxation and socializing, further consolidating the group’s cohesion. Having a united, motivated team focused on ENAVE’s vision is one of the key elements to pursue, and such occasions only reaffirm the importance of working together to ensure the best possible service for our clients.

Technical Seminar: Sustainable Boating and Professional Development Credits

In the afternoon, the Technical Seminar “Sustainable Boating: Modular Design and Smart Recycling” took place, organised by ENAVE and open to all industry professionals. The seminar, focused on sustainability and innovation, was a great success, with active and numerous participation from technicians, engineers, and industry operators.

The growing interest in sustainability within boating, a topic that is increasingly central, stimulated a constructive debate with valuable contributions from sector experts. Among the speakers were: Engineer Claudio Bottoni (P2M), Ivana Lazarevic (APER), Engineer Amedeo Migali (MICAD), Engineer Alberto Guzzo (Italia Yacht), Engineer Alessandro Suardi and Engineer Giuseppe Macolino (ENAVE). We are proud of the positive response, a sign of growing commitment to responsible and technologically advanced practices.

A Continuous Commitment

One of the most important aspects of ENAVE’s participation in boat shows is the opportunity to meet our customers in person, with whom we work closely throughout the year. During the show, we visited their stands, greeted them, and shared moments of discussion with those who have chosen to go through the CE marking process of their units with us.

This type of interaction is essential to break down barriers between clients and suppliers, and to strengthen our role as a trusted partner. Actively participating in the life of the yachting sector allows us not only to consolidate existing relationships but also to forge new ones, always aiming for long-term collaborations based on expertise and a shared vision.

Towards a Future of Growth and Innovation

The Genoa International Boat Show is not just a commercial event: it is a moment of meeting, exchange, and inspiration. For ENAVE, participating each year means renewing its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in the yachting sector.

We believe that the future of the industry is built on solid partnerships, a united team, and the ability to anticipate market needs. This event offers us the opportunity to do just that, continuing to grow alongside our clients and partners.

We would like to thank once again all those who participated in our meeting, the seminar, and the numerous interactions we had during the show. See you at the next Boat Show, ready for new challenges and successes!
